Chiquita
I used to be a teacher, and on the last day of school 1991, my 6th grade class presented me with this tiny bundle of joy. Her ears were as big as her body! She was adorable. Chiquita had to win over my husband Jim, who felt two dogs were more than enough for any family! Chiquita would follow him everywhere. If he left, she would wait at the door for him to come back. She eventually won him over. As an older dog, Chiquita slowed down quite a bit, but after acupuncture treatments, would run around like a little puppy again. She passed away August 2007, and I still get a smile when I think of those ears and her joy for life.

Call or email us to set up an appointment for your pets. For emergencies, please call our office immediately. We understand the emotion and stress that comes along with the need for urgent care. Whether the situation can be handled over the phone or requires immediate in clinic care, we make every effort to treat emergencies as quickly as possible, and will schedule acute cases on the same day.
